so true, many moms try to make their children eat healthy food, but the children refuse, cause of the habit of eating more than three times a day, and even the lack of exercise has to due with the cause.

in the BMI calculator you should be able to take a random persons weight and height and gender, and it will tell if they are healthy, obese, and anorexic.

in this excel work we have been doing some work on the amount of calories a  average person uses per day, and how much a obese and anorexic person exceeds and declines on the amount of calories they use. (counts for females as well).

scratch repetition

today i have made this post to comment on repetition in the coding program SCRATCH, i think repetition helps people a lot because it make whatever their programming work alot faster. and instead of making the same thing over and over going down rather do everything in one go because it also makes whatever your programming work quicker.
